Who We Are
Maydan Al Mustaqbal E-Commerce and Advertising Company, the parent company of al-maydan.com and booking-libya.com, is growing rapidly in the digital space. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and create visually engaging content that drives results.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Design:
• Design graphics for social media posts, ads, and banners using Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create visually appealing ads and campaigns.
• Feature products and services in engaging ways across platforms.
2. Branding:
• Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity by ensuring consistency across all designs.
• Develop brand assets like logos, templates, and color palettes.
3. Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals for digital campaigns.
• Brainstorm and contribute to creative ideas for marketing projects.
4. Motion Graphics and Animation (Preferred but not Required):
• Create simple animations or GIFs for social media and digital ads.
5. Performance and Optimization:
• Design variations of ads for A/B testing and optimize based on performance.
• Ensure all visuals are optimized for different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Google).
6. File and Asset Management:
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets for easy team access.
What We’re Looking For
We understand that not everyone is familiar with advanced tools, and we’re committed to supporting and training our team members.
Essential Skills:
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing visually appealing content.
• Knowledge of Canva and familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):
• Basic experience in creating animations or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of photography or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts to align designs with campaigns.
