Who We Are
Maydan Al Mustaqbal E-Commerce and Advertising Company, the parent company of al-maydan.com and booking-libya.com, is working to expand the digital landscape in Libya. We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team and help improve our online presence.




What You’ll Do
1. Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Respond to messages and comments to engage with our audience.
• Launch and monitor basic ad campaigns on social media platforms.
2. Content Creation:
• Use tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator to design visuals for campaigns.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create high-quality ads.
• Feature products and services across our platforms in visually appealing ways.
• Write compelling captions, posts, and promotional material.
3. Platform Presence:
• Optimize and manage listings on Google, Bing, and other search platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding and information across all platforms.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research to improve our website rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics (training provided if needed).
5. Performance Analysis:
• Track and report on the success of campaigns and strategies.
• Use insights to improve engagement and drive results.
What We’re Looking For
We understand that not everyone is familiar with advanced tools, and we are committed to training and supporting our team members.
Essential Skills:
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Strong writing skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Creativity and enthusiasm for social media.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO or online advertising.
• Experience with Google My Business or Bing Places.
